Our client is a fast-growing startup that produces multifunctional bags and having raised a significant amount through Kickstarter, they are now retailing in multiple countries and are growing their brand internationally.
This role requires high levels of cooperating and influential working relationships to further the brand on a local and international stage. You will be developing merchandising and retail programs throughout their lifecycle, proactively managing changes in project scope and creating solving problems to produce deliverables.
You will be responsible for :
- Serving as the primary contact for clients and partnerships
- Preparing sales materials/pitch decks to facilitate your meetings with distribution partners
- Daily outbound prospecting of new local and international partners through various lead generation techniques, which may include cold calls or random walk-ins
- Enabling continued rapid growth through identifying sales opportunities, forging and developing relationships
- Managing the deal process, pipeline development, outreach, negotiation, contract drafting and stocks logistics deployment
- Monitoring and tracking a healthy sales pipeline to successfully achieve targets
- Ensuring strong satisfaction of channel partners and updating them on new offerings and products
- You have at least 1 year experience in B2B sales/ account management, with expertise in Enterprise Sales and Direct Sales.
- You ideally have Ecommerce experience in paid media or/and building website pages and landing pages
- You possess strong networking, relationship building and negotiation skills
- You have the ability to handle, lead and coordinate different stakeholders from suppliers to logistics partners in project delivery
- You are highly motivated and able to perform well in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- You have a strong sense of ownership and an insatiable appetite for winning
- You are hardworking and creative with a goal-oriented personality
- You are highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude who’s not afraid to work independently.
