Job Description

Job Summary

This position requires the person to have interest in creating and communicating needs to corporate clients. The individual will be dealing with Human Resource, or Training/L&D, or business unit managers of various companies/ industries to propose training solutions. He/ She is required to be comfortable in networking with corporate clients. 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct tele-sales or cold-calling for potential corporate clients
  • Handle/ Follow up all incoming calls and online enquiries for Executive Development Services (EDS) in house programs
  • Send feedback evaluation summary report to clients
  • Liaise with Finance team on invoicing
  • Assist finance/ accounts on outstanding payments
  • Network with clients in events and/or corporate visits
  • Work closely with the lead in in-house EDS  

 

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma with minimum 2 years of sales experience in Private Education Institution (PEI), or Training/L&D department, or corporate sales. 
  • Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to articulate needs
  • Good administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise within a busy workload
  • Ability to work effectively; a teamplayer
  • Initiative to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience in proposal writing
