Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering them not just the products but also the needs to their objectives as well. The requirements to stand a 50% chance for getting this role successfully.

  • Possess at least a GCE A Level or Local Diploma and above or equivalent
  • Able to work in high stress level and fast paced environment
  • Good learning and working attitude
  • Ready open to changes and having the courage to step out of your comfort zone
  • Ambitious and high self-driven
  • Able to communicate in mandarin as needed to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to be fully committed and be on the same track
  • Dynamic, Independent and Self-motivated


What would you be expected to do for this role.

  • Interact with local and foreign clients
  • Ensure the submissions are all full compliance with the requirements
  • Generate leads, identify and review opportunities, pitch value proposition to new prospects with a view to acquisition of a mix of strategic and mass/volume partners Bring the company together to the next level by developing new opportunities
  • Creating ideas out of the box during the planning and discussions
  • Explore new business opportunities and continually value-add to both new and existing client’s relations
  • Provide new insight and ideas for business development
  • Implement and execute the implement strategic that has been discussed
  • Anticipate, identify and understand client’s needs to be translated into sales opportunities.
  • Target market by planning, developing, implementing and executing sales action plans and strategies
  • Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new representatives
  • Business support for branch managers/directors in their recruitment process and business operation


The doors behind this career.

The first door, door of the ground. The moment that you open this door, you will be expected to be on the ground and get the “hand-on" experience of meeting up with different clients on the different perspectives.

The second door, door of receiving. As fast as the next 12months, this door will position yourself in understanding the management perspective and direction. You will be involved in the management meeting, planning etc.

The third door, door of execution. As fast as the next 6months after 12 months, the moment this door is opened, your whole job scope will turn literally 360°. Now, it is the time for execution of the business plan and you will be involved with company direction, business corroboration to create more opportunity for your team.
