Salary: Up to $3,500 with bonus, benefits
- Identify, evaluate and source travel activities, attractions, tours and transportation services/products that suits travelers and commercially drive the travel business.
- Negotiating with new suppliers and maintaining positive working relationships with existing suppliers for desirable business terms, rates and inventory.
- Keep track and review suppliers' performance through meetings with them to seek constant improvement and adding value on the products/services to customers.
- Collating and analysing customers' reviews on products
- Liaison between suppliers and customers to provide service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction when matter arises.
- Evaluate, analyse and monitor competitors’ activities to drive competitive position for the business in the travel industry.
- This includes being relevant to travel trends and supply market dynamics.
- Assist in administration, other responsibilities and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Business Development experience in preferably relevant industry
- Min. Diploma/Degree in any field
- Excellent spoken and written English language
- Highly motivated, results driven with a positive attitude
