- Processing of purchase requisition and orders.
- To plan and schedule all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate and follow up with store and material for stock status, delivery advice and documents related to delivery matters
- To provide timely information and report for all logistics/inventory related activities.
- To process custom clearance, duty and taxes confirmation/ exemption for all products, inclusive the documents required in shipping and land transportation for local and export deliveries.
- Co-ordinate with logistics on shipping and receiving of material and parts to and from local & overseas locations.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma/degree in purchasing/Logistic/or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing firm
- Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Words & Excel
