Business Analyst

 

•           Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.

•           Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

•           Experience in airline / travel domain is a Plus

•           Experience in customer facing role and work with multiple stakeholders including customer side and development team.

•           Experience in requirements gathering and requirements scope

•           Ability to do functional analysis and gap analysis.

•           Preparation of requirements specifications document for customer and development teams.

•           Ability to communicate with customer as well as development and testing team for understanding of business problems and functional requirements.

•           Support testing team in customer acceptance on Staging and Production environments.

•           Verifies accuracy of Release Notes, User Guide as required.

•           Conducts customer demo

 

Experience with Travel/ Aviation Domain is mandatory.
