- Preparation of requirements specifications document for customer and development teams.
- Ability to communicate with customer as well as development and testing team for understanding of business problems and functional requirements.
- Support testing team in customer acceptance on Staging and Production environments.
- Verifies accuracy of Release Notes, User Guide as required.
- Conducts customer demo.
