Job Description

What this job involves:

Leading

You will be leading a team to deliver high quality property management service as well as manage the budget and costs. Leading a team includes providing relevant trainings to all site personnel to ensure that they can do well in their tasks. You will also be assisting with the drafting, monitoring and reporting of the budget and expenditure. Generating management reports in accordance to business objectives will also be required. You will also act as the key liaison person to oversee and manage major work programme onsite, work with relevant parties involved, including external contractors.

 

Managing daily operations

You will lead the building (Cleaning, Housekeeping & Other Services) team to deliver a high level of property management services. And manage non-M&E services such as cleaning (periodic & project cleaning), housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, refuse disposal management. You will administer and manage key service contracts in cleaning/ housekeeping, landscaping, pest control and refuse disposal in accordance to the contract specifications. You will also ensure that the external and internal of the building is well maintained with quality standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets. This includes conducting regular building inspection audits of the site.

 

Providing excellent customer service

Part of providing excellent customer service is by achieving key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You will be handling client/tenant queries as well as liaise with the local authorities as required. It will be helping if you can build and maintain positive tenant relationships and attend meeting as required.

Knowledgeable and experienced

You have either a Diploma or a Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in facilities, property or operations management. You have prior experience in commercial property management.

 

People person

You believe in teamwork and is able mentor, motivate and train others. You are an effective communicator and an independent thinker who maintains strong work ethics.

 

Capable

You will demonstrate consistent and high service standard to achieve client and tenant satisfaction. You also work well in a fast-paced work environment and be proficient with the most recent technology.
