Building Manager (Overseas)

• Responsible for the overall operation of an assigned building
• Responsible for the management and supervision / coordination of all maintenance / contractors assigned to the building
• Handle renewal of term contracts and up-keeping of contractual records

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or other related discipline in facility management plus Fire Safety Manager certificate
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, including M&E background
