Building Facility Manager ( Commercial / Shopping Retail Mall )-$ 6000 + Attractive Bonuses

Our client, a dynamic company in Real Estate industry seeking for a BUILDING FACILITY MANAGER ( COMMERCIAL  / SHOPPING RETAIL MALL )- $ 6000 + ATTRACTIVE BONUSES / CENTRAL AREA

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering  or Facility or Property Management or relevant
• Min 5 experience overseeing entire operation in a dynamic Commercial Building or Shopping Retail Mall
• Strong Tenant Management experience and familar with supporting Leasing team.
• FSM certification is good to have but not mandatory
• Leadership quality, Good people management, coordination and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
