Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

●     Focus in broadcasting and provide technical assistance during seminars and events

●     Prepare sets, operate audio and video recording equipment, adjust lighting, and edit the finished product

●     Edit and put together the recorded material for a bulletin or to be posted on the Company’s webpage

●     Record interviews, edit the videos and present it during seminars / events

●     Adapt material for use in other formats and programs

●     Translating and proofreading of post-seminar event write up on social media, speakers’ PPT and speech

●     Supporting customer service department and other colleagues

●     Maintain recording for all broadcasting equipment

●     Install broadcast equipment, troubleshoot equipment problems, and perform basic maintenance and minor repairs



Soft Skills Required:

●     Ability to work in a team consisting of other professionals

●     Work-oriented with the ability to meet broadcasting demands

●     Ability to work with technicians engaged with the venue operators

●     Flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a team

●     Knowledge in a wide range of broadcasting techniques and developments

●     Ability to work independently as well as in a team



Personal Skills required:

●     Be an excellent communicator

●     Be able to think creatively

●     Be able to respond well to pressure

●     Be organized and methodical

●     Be proactive and able to take the initiative




●     Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations preferred.

●     Strong Interpersonal and Communications skills.

●     Experience in videography and video editing.

●     Knowledge of appropriate technical equipment and relevant editing software
