Duties & Responsibility
  • Construct, develop and rollout distribution and coverage model for UOB BizSmart
  • Identify key partners to collaborate with drive acquisition
  • Drive, track and refine rollout actions to enhance initiative take-up rates
  • Manage partner relationships
  • Manage end-to-end interaction between partners and UOB (internally)
  • Develop internal channel management framework and engagement model focused on solution adoption, training, KPI and campaign management

  • Proven experience in partner management
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets and goals
  • Good knowledge of local ecosystem landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
