BIM Drafter (permanent) $3000 - 4500

We are hiring under Recruit Express BIM drafter (Permanent).

Salary: $3,000 to $4,500
Location: Tuas Circle (Company transport provided)
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm 

Requirements 
• At least 5+ years performing BIM as well as drafting P&ID, PFDs and Structural drawings experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD and NavisWork.
• Experience in the Hydrocarbon or Chemical Processing Industry or Heavy Industrial setting.

Job Description
• Maintain and up-to-date 3D model (BIM).
• Maintain and up-to-date Structural & Piping drawings as well as P&ID, PFDs.
• Review completed drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Print and issue project drawings and ensure all appropriate drawings have been issued per project requirements.
• Responsible for overall revision coordination of controlled documents.
• Records all appropriate users and ensures that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution/publication.
• Maintains all technical and asset documents and ensures fast retrieval of documents & records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
• Ability to work with others to desired results or better.
