Job Description

Billing Admin Officer

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to Field Operations that will retain and grow the Customer Base;
  2. To achieve Customer Satisfaction through meeting their requirements within Standard Guidelines;
  3. Ensure effective and efficient billing of Customers;
  4. To print monthly outstanding cases for review;
  5. To ensure timely and effective follow-up of all outstanding billing cases;
  6. To ensure timely and effective handling of Customer queries and complaints;
  7. To ensure resolution of all problematic cases with relevant personnel to being billings up-to-date;
  8. To ensure timely and accurate creation of necessary Invoices including Credit Notes;
  9. To ensure timely dispatch of Invoices to Customers;
  10. To ensure the billing process is carried out in a cost effective and efficient manner;
  11. To ensure timely and accurate creation & maintenance of Customer and machine-in-field information;
  12. To assist in other areas of service admin as maybe required.

Requirements:

  • O Level with 1-2 year admin/ basic accounts/ relevant working experience;
  • *Fresh ITE/ Diploma graduate can be considered.
  • Proficient in office applications;
  • Accounting background preferred

 

Customer Service cum Admin Assistant

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Salary: $1700 - $2000

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

  1. To answer all incoming telephone calls
  1. To provide service quotation to customer
  2. To coordinate relocation and installation of products and services.
  1. To keep machine downtime to a minimum through effective dispatch of Technicians/Customer Engineers.
  1. To monitor Technicians/Customer Engineer's movement and timing, in order to highlight potential coverage problem.
  1. To ensure meeting of committed Response Time to the Customers.
  1. To highlight all customers’ complaints/queries on service related issues to Call Centre supervisors and ensure Customer Service Managers and/or Technical Support Manager are aware when necessary.
  1. To ensure all Engineer Service Reports are closed accurately and timely in Advance system.

Requirements:

O Level/ ITE with 1-2 year customer service/ relevant working experience;

*Fresh Diploma graduate can be considered.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications;

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
