You will be responsible for :
- Welcoming walk-in customers and attending to their needs/queries
- Having an in-dept understanding on products offered to provide product demonstrations and cross-sell products
- Delivering thorough and excellent service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supporting customers in placing their orders and ensuring that orders are confirmed and fulfilled
- Managing merchandising and monitoring stock levels
- Attending to all customer issues and liaising with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner
- Providing customer feedback on product as well as recommending ways to improve service and operations
- Staying up to date on products and trends in the beauty industry
- You have at least 1 year of sales experience within the Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
- You are service-oriented and energetic with ability to build rapport with others quickly.
- You have strong interpersonal communication and listening skills.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally have basic understanding of inventory stocking.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are highly goal driven and committed to meeting targets.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
