Basic UP$5000 ➽Accountant ➽5 Days /West

• Basic $4000-$5000 (Depends on experience)
• 5 Days | 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location : Jurong - Buroh Lane
• Plant-based Food Products Wholesales Distributor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Prepare and analyse journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements and any other financial reports on a regular basis
• Manage the preparation of company's budget and establish reasons for variances
• Day to day operational activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets, monthly depreciation, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Perform periodical GST reporting and submission
• Assist in annual statutory audit and budgeting
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary for statutory filing duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min. 5years relevant working experience
• Experience in QuickBooks accounting software, Navision or other ERP system
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
• Team player and able to support Chief Financial Officer
• Singaporean only
