Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support
• Managing end to end recruitment activities
• Monthly payroll processing
• Plan, administer and coordinate all training activities
• Handling of government and agencies matters
• Handling employee orientation and health screenings
• Manage staff leave, insurance, benefits and claims
• Coordinate annual performance management review for all staff

​Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience in Human Resource Operations
• Min. Diploma in Human Resource or other related studies
• Knowledge in Singapore Employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Singaporean Only
