Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate and initiate changes to optimise the process efficiently
• Conduct supply projection with the input from suppliers to meet forward sales expectation
• Work closely with various departments on forward sales planning and timely fulfilment of orders
• Liaise withd suppliers on production planning and supply allocation.
• Proper recording and reporting of supply and demand data to management.
• Processing of documentation and sees to the operational flow starting from order placement up to delivery, eg
• Process of Sales Contract, Purchase Order, Shipping Instruction and Shipping Advice

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Any 
• Min. 2-3yrs of relevant planning experience
• Only Singaporean
