Responsibilities:

• Manage Full recruitment activities
• Perform cold calling; to develop new account
• Sourcing, screening, selection of applicants
• Coordinate interview and offering process
• Liaise and coordinate between clients/candidates
• Lead a team of consultants* (Overidding Comm)

The ideal candidate:

• With relevant experience in Recruitment industry
• With proven track record in Sales
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
