Head Bartender (Mixologist)
Roles & Responsibilities
Work Days - Monday to Saturdays
Work Time: 5 - 11pm
The Bartender prepares alcohol or non-alcohol beverages. He/She interacts with customers and serves snacks and drinks. He/She restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies through the Operations team. He/She may also take orders and prepare the bill.

~ Interact with and serve f&b guests.
~ Maintain food and beverage service environment.

~ Manage productivity improvement.
~ Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
~ Prepare and serve cold beverages.
~ Prepare for beverage service (mise en place).
~ Solve problems and make decisions at supervisory level.
~ Supervise quality procedures.
~ Understand and master cocktail components.
