Banquet Operations Manager
Reporting to the Director of F&B, you will be responsible for the effective management and execution of all banquet operations activities pertaining to seminars, conferences, weddings and outside catering functions of the Hotel. You will act as key liaison between customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfactions.
- Professional qualification in F&B management with minimum 4 years related experience in similar capacity.
- Service-oriented with good planning and leadership skills.
- Team player with strong desire in achieving total customer satisfactions.
