The BSO is to promote bank facilities such as credit cards and personal loans at various bank branches and roadshow locations so as to generate new business via walk in customers, local sales promotions, presentations/seminars, roadshows. They are to follow up on income documents and other relevant requirements, provide good customer service by handling pre and post sales enquires and also to manage and improve personal performance to ensure individual target set by business unit is fulfilled.


Job Description -


1. This is a front-line sales position in bank, Direct Sales Force.


2. Responsible for acquiring new customers through consultative need based selling on Bank products such as credit cards, personal loan, banking accounts & other banking facilities.


3. Engage & build good relationship with customers, generate sales referrals & deliver good client experience.


4. Ensure all customers’ applications and documentations are completed for processing timely.


5. Meet performance standards, business goals and sales targets.


6. Follow appropriate sales processes; adhere to controls standards & compliance requirement.


7. Candidate will be assigned to various Bank Branches and Roadshow locations island wide (indoor and outdoor).

8. Candidate is able to commit to work on weekends and Public Holidays.5 day work week.
