Bank Relationship Manager

Our client is a large bank with a strong local presence.

Responsibilities:
• Providing various personal banking and financial products and services to retail customers
• Engaging customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments and outreach programs
• Take a consultative approach to understanding every customers' needs and recommending solutions to solve their problems and achieve their financial goals
• Conducting business within legal boundaries and bank's regulations
• Be professional and maintain Bank's high service standards
• Go above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations

Requirements:
• Any local Polytechnic Diploma, or any degree in any discipline 
• Possesses a strong desire to succeed in banking / finance
• Enjoys conversing with others and is able to communicate well
• Willing to put in extra hours and go the extra mile to hit targets
• Experience in sales / financial planning / banking branch sales, or possessing any relevant financial certifications will have an advantage.
