Job Description

Duties include but not limited to :-

• Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen

• Able to produce breads/buns on schedule

• Assist in cooking and preparations of bread, food ingredients and other items

• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

• Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients

• Responsible to maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner

• Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness

• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions

•  Assist in ad hoc duties as required



• Prefer 1-3 years of relevant work experiences as Baker or Pastry Chef 

• Good knowledge and possess baking skill

• Familiar with kitchen utensils, tools and equipments

• Physically fit as manual work required

• Positive attitude and behaviors

• Ability to meet strict deadlines

• Able to start work immediately

• Able to work early
