Bahasa Indonesia, Customer Service, 24/7 Shiftwork (up to $3,100)

Job Scope:
• To support customers via Chat, eMail and other support tools
• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written communication to support clients
• Provides timely and efficient service to users including appropriate escalation.
• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and assist customers in case of any issues

Requirements:

• Minimum o levels and above
• Willing to work on 24 X 7 rotating weekend shift
• Must be able to write and converse in Bahasa Indonesia and English, due to the need of liaising with indonesia counterparts.
