  • Understand customer requirements through incoming email and phone enquiries & present appropriately to conclude a sale
  • Maintain, develop relationship & negotiate with clients in person, phone calls and emails
  • Cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to the Management
  • Developing growth strategies and plans

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to maintain, develop relationship & negotiate with English and Mandarin speaking clients in person, phone calls and emails.)
