Job Description
- Basic $3000-$4000
- 5 Working Days | Office Hour
- Working Location: Serangoon
Job Scope
- Explore, design and adopt new technologies to improve and automate manufacturing system and implement a network solution for capability monitoring
- Design Die Cut Process Improvements and reflect improved process in Work Instructions
- Conduct all Production Machines Monthly Preventive Maintenance checks and internal calibrations
- Manage all on-site equipments' uptime above 98%
- Conduct daily monitoring of unused machines and Die down time and initiate production recovery activities such as Maintenance works, cleaning etc
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Automation Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years work experience providing Production Engineering support
- Work experience with Process Automation systems and PLC
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP system is an advantage
