Job Description

  • Recruit, Train and Manage Sales Team

  • Identify training needs, conduct one to one training

Due to business strategic goals, we are seeking experienced sales managers to assist our organization to grow, train and manage a team of sales consultants to target and penetrate specific target markets. 

In the role, you will recruit, train/coach and lead a team to grow a specialized portfolio of clientele groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee overall sales team production
  • Be part of the hiring process to shortlist and recruit people with specialized sales related skill sets
  • Train and manage a team of specialised sales individuals to penetrate and grow specific target market segments
  • Identify training needs and conduct one to one personalized training to assist sales team to achieve KPI

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Management, Banking and FInance or equivalent
  • Diploma holders with experience in Banking or Financial Advisory are also welcome to apply
  • Proven track record in sales is an advantage
  • Prior experience in training and managing sales teams is an advantage
