Asst. Manager - Business Coordination
Sunrise Group is one of the largest wholesalers and distributors of branded sports goods in Asia representing internationally renowned brands i.e. Yonex and Mikasa. Sunrise has presence in 15 countries of South East Asia, South Asia and East Asia, through its associate companies and distributorships.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to handle this key support role at our Head office in Singapore.
- Liaise with regional centres for tracking orders and follow up on business plans.
- Deal with sub distributors/wholesalers at regional centres to process their requirements as finalized by sales /marketing Managers.
- Maintaining and review of regional centre wise performance vs budgets.
- Planning & Organizing business promotion activities.
- Keeping up to date the inventory of Sales Presentation material ie., brochures, business presentation folders, etc.
- Work actively with sales team for planning strategies for revenue generation
- Assist Management in performance review of the Sales Team
- Ensure smooth carrying out of orders and do effective follow up with customers, process purchase orders and maintain data
- Effective co-ordination with MIS deptt and Warehouse Team for availability of goods.
- Develop and maintain a good filing system for digital as well as physical material
- Customer service and responding to customer complaint
- Work with relevant team on Event management for business promotion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce/Economics .
- Relevant Experience of 3-4 years preferably in a distribution/marketing company.
- Multitasking ability and a team player
- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, ie. Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
