Job Description

5 days work week- Reputable University
Clementi/ Circle Line MRT (Near MRT)
2 years’ contract. Renewable to permanent post after the 1st contract

 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and formalise the unique value proposition of being alumni of the school
  • Conceptualise, propose, develop, drive and showcase strategic and innovative community-building programmes
  • Build new community channels, integrate alumni into live and virtual programmes and services, and enrich the overall experience of our community members
  • Conceptualise, propose and roll out new initiatives to encourage the spirit and practice of alumni contributing to the school
  • Build partnerships with similar and like-minded communities and leverage those relationships to help extend the reach of our awareness campaign
  • Define, implement and continuously improve processes which enhances communication with the alumni community
  • Measure and understand engagement levels with alumni satisfaction
  • Cultivate relationships with alumni, and current students
  • Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, e.g. student life, donor relations etc to build alumni engagement opportunities
  • Develop, collect and track information, content and stories of notable alumni, and enable alumni activities that produce meaningful impact to be communicated
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree in public policy, international affairs, business or marketing or its equivalent
  • 6 years of prior working experience
  • Experience working in alumni relations, external or international relations, strategy, career services, advancement and/or marketing/communications/public relations in Education will be an advantaged.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
  • Proficient at planning, organising, multitasking and project management
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin
  • Experience managing social media and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
