Associate Financial Analyst (1 Year Contract)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: International Business Park (Jurong East) 

Pay:  $4000 - $4500

Duration: 1 Year Contract 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, analyze and ensure timely submission of reporting deliverables such as Backdoor Report, Cost Movement Report, Capacity Planning Report and Packaging Quantification Report

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of Distribution Centers (DC) data capture process and manage exceptions

• Develop dashboard and reports using Business Intelligence tool to improve reporting efficiencies

• Compile and release monthly packaging volume

• Release quarterly commodity forecast and trend to suppliers

• Perform financial review of suppliers as part of the Supplier’s Performance Index through close collaboration with Strategic Procurement

• Ensure timely and accurate measures updates in the quarterly Customer Dashboard

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of data for the volume incentive rebates

• Consolidate DC data for packaging fee and global initiatives computation

• Deliver ad hoc reports and translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables and templates

• Monthly tracking, analysis and reporting of key finance metrics

• Drive and manage process improvements and stretch assignments such as Global Packaging Fee and LMA reports

 

Requirements:

Min Diploma / Degree in Finance or Equivalent 

Minimum 2 years’ experience of Business Analyst

Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
