Job Description

• Scheduling of meetings/engagements and other appointments
• Maintain office supplies and ensuring department runs smoothly
• Writing of meeting minutes
• Maintaining of departmental records
• Supporting administrative functions for training and service recovery
• Feedback management, including complaints management

 

 

Job Requirement

• Min Dip/ A level with 5 years of working exp
• Prior experience with handling complaints
