Job Description

You will provide administrative, secretarial and operational support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. You will oversee administrative matters such as the managing of office supplies, the upkeep of department resources and maintaining of staff records. You will manage schedules and arrange meetings, as well as coordinate and provide secretarial support for department meetings. You will also provide operational support for project management, which includes managing project documentation such as the preparation and tracking of project cost summary sheet, monitoring of procurement and payment status, and conduct of project file audits. Other responsibilities include assisting the HOD in coordinating and executing the department learning plan.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in administrative work; or GCE ‘A’ Level with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in administrative works

  • Knowledge in basic accounting will be an advantage

  • Good organising and coordinating skills

  • Good command of written and conversational English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Resourceful, proactive and possess positive attitude

  • Team player

  • Organised, meticulous and able to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
