Job Description

Reporting and working closely with the Youth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the delivery all Youth programs, activities and services which include classes, gaming, camps, birthday parties, and bowling events
  • Supporting the team on day to day operational matters
  • Ensuring Member satisfaction and prompt respond to all Members’ enquiries and feedback
  • Administering of staff rosters, training, leave schedule
  • Recruiting and training of part timers


  • Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • 4-5 years relevant work experience in hospitality or child related industry
  • Good customer service, leadership and communication skills
  • Strong administration and PC skills with Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Independent and strong attention to details
  • Able to work on weekends.
