Job Description

Functional area: T&O Retail

Responsibilities:
  • Manage team that performs duties related to daily/monthly trade and cash reconciliation, settlement and corporate actions for funds, bonds and equities
  • Identify exceptional cases / contingency situations and escalate to management
  • Ensure timely and accurate daily reconciliation of various fees, commission & expenses
  • Ensure procedures are up to date and compliance to Regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Ensure processes are performed within agreed turnaround times
  • Prompt detection and escalation of exceptions & track for closure
  • Identify areas for improvement in service quality to participants
  • Participate and assist in cross-departmental projects or initiatives
 
Requirements:
  • University degree with at least 7 years of experience in banking/financial industry
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Knowledge in trades, settlement processing or corporate action for Funds (mutual, hedge and alternate investment), Equities and Fixed Income
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Dedicated, self-driven and highly motivated
  • Good attitude, open-minded and able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience in CPFIS/SRS schemes will be an advantage
  • MS office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
