Job Description

  • Establish and develop relations with Slot VIP players; Keep players informed of all marketing programs, promotions & tournaments, special events and general property amenities.
  • Ensure provision of excellent customer service in the Slot High Limit Gaming Areas at all times
  • Handle guest enquiries, concerns, complaints and discrepancies or redirect them to the relevant department.
  • Ensure adequate floor staff coverage at all times.
  • Assist with organization and implementation all Slot activities and initiatives in the Slot High Limit Gaming Areas.
  • Liaise with other gaming departments such as Player Development and International Marketing to provide excellent service in the Slot High Limit Gaming Area.
  • Liaise closely with non-gaming departments such as Gaming Optimization and Events & Promotion in the development of Slot initiatives and strategies, incentive programs, marketing programs and special events to attract targeted players and increase VIP player trip frequency.
  • Verify and authorize slot machine transactions, including payouts and fills.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of Customer Service Training and Team Member Development Curriculum to all Slot VIP and High Limit Gaming Area coded Team Members.
  • Ensure grooming standards and customer service levels are upheld within Slots Team Members.
  • Comply with and administer Slot Department policies, compliance & regulatory procedures, and company standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in Marketing / Hospitality or related fields preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, team-building, and customer relations skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities; must be people oriented and have an outgoing personality
  • Must be flexible with working hours driven by business needs
  • Good understanding of all aspects and facets of Slot Operations including Slot Management Systems, Player Tracking and Performance Management is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and other Asian dialects is a plus.
