Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the hotel professionally by upholding proper grooming standards
  • Present the hotels’ products and services effectively
  • Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with clients through sales calls and regular site inspection
  • Assist to update sales control procedures and promotional activities
  • Present Account Portfolio quarterly and analyse the performance of each account
  • Manage corporate meetings, banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups or travel trade accounts
  • Provide management with timely Sales and Marketing strategic information
  • Secure new accounts and achieve monthly sales targets assigned
  • Provide suggestions to re-secure loss of existing accounts
  • Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Entry level are also welcomed
