Job Description
Job Scope
- Drive sales team to meet sales, margin and increase market share in Singapore market
- Intensely seeks opportunities to grow business by targeting new clients, developing key relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Liaises with Client organisations to ensure customer concerns,issues, and ideas, are vetted and forwarded to the appropriate internal contacts for action
- Works with Senior Management to recommend and set operational and strategic policies and directives.
- Interfaces with Senior Management to report on needs, trends, results, and project/program milestones and make recommendations for corrective actions requiring complete functional knowledge and awareness of company goals and objectives.
- Develops process and procedures to implement functional strategies
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in cleaning services, or;
- Relationship building skills and experience with partners and customers;
- Extroverted personality;
- Marketing & sales skills;
- Self-motivated, independent contributor with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
- Self-starter with ability to perform individually in a competitive environment;
- Proven communication, presentation, and demonstration skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook;
