Job Description


  • Responsible to promote and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Present menu and recommend dishes to customers
  • Good knowledge of menu and presentation standards
  • Serve food to customers and set tables according to service standard
  • Build positive relationship with members
  • Solicit member feedback to understand their needs


  • Diploma in Food Management Services/GCE 'O' Level
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience
  • Experience in Chinese Cuisine in highly desirable
  • Able to maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Able to perform split shift
  • Able to work well with the kitchen team
  • Good customer service and a team player
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the Chinese Restaurant
  • Planning of duty roster for service staff
  • Training and orientating new staff
