Assistant / Restaurant Manager
- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operation effectively.
- Maximize sales and profits of the outlet by achieving above the sales target.
- Keep track of sales performance by identifying and analyzing the sales numbers.
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
- Involve, prepare pre-service meeting / roll call for staff.
- Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness.
- Minimum N/O Level.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to start work immediately.
