Assistant/ Property Manager

Able to work on rotating shift

9am – 6.30pm / 12pm – 9.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Salary: up to $4500  

Location: Island wide

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for asset, property and facilities management in all aspects, maintaining high standard of the premises. 
• Provide expertise, advice and management of facilities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building / Real Estate/ Property Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Property Management or related field
• Knowledge in Dormitory facilities/ building related works 
• Certified in Workplace Safety and Health and/or Fire Safety Management would be an advantage                                 
• Possess class 2B or 3 licence                                     
• Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills                                                                  
• Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast pace environment.                
• Possess leadership qualities, able to supervise and motivate the team                                
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills
• Prefer with previous dormitory management experience
