Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the operations team in planning and coordinating events, conferences and seminars (MICE) in Singapore and regional countries
  • Responsible for the overall management of the events executed, producing detailed proposals, budget and presentations
  • Assist Project Director on administrative duties
  • Onsite execution and management of suppliers
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise work independently
  • Responsible for coordinating & procuring logistics / equipment / resources for events
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Oversee setup and dismantling of event logistics
  • Work with designer to ensure design is inline with creative briefs
  • Maintaining good relationship with clients
  • Required to travel

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of event and conference management experience.
  • Good candidate will be considered for the position of Project Manager
  • Good project management skills with experience of handling multiple deadlines and schedules
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment
