Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Project Manager in all aspects of project management for the church’s building projects
  • Ensure compliance to the project’s master schedule to bring the project to completion on schedule, review and evaluate contractor’s procedures, as well as conduct regular project cost review meetings with contractual parties
  • Liaise and manage sub-contract tenderers, awarding consultants and contractors
  • Manage procurement and payment and maintain proper document and filing
  • Identify any defects to the completed works, review and inspect the completed works, obtain approval for all building works and services
     
    Requirements:
  • Diploma in Building or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BIM modeling software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work beyond regular hours (e.g. meetings during weekends or nights) due to the nature of the building project
  • Staff will be stationed to work on the project site
