Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Secure new tenancies, identify market segment, manage leasing renewals with existing clients
  • Monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy
  • Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy
  • Handle leasing matters and respond to tenants' feedback
  • Manage a team of Executives & Contractors to ensure that day to day facilities management, maintenance services and processes are kept at a consistently high standard
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the development's annual operations budget
  • Mange the administration and management of contracts, including all tender and contract documents for servicing and maintenance.
  • Ensure contractors adhere to the contractual obligations set out in the agreements and that all term contracts are in place and renewed on a timely basis
  • Liaise with client, vendor and relevant authorities

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • At least 6 years' relevant experience, with minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Minimum Diploma Level
  • Mature, Energetic, Pleasant & Courteous
  • Must be willing to work long hours occasionally 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong People management and leadership, as well as interpersonal and communication skill
  • Technical & Maintenance Experience needed
  • Must be able to write weekly report
