Assistant Manager, Transformation Project -Business/ Healthcare

• The Assistant Manager will support the Health Office’s leadership and project owners in planning and facilitating business transformation efforts through digital means at the Hospital and Central Health level.
• He/she would aid the project owners in relevant aspects of project design, funding, implementation, scaling and long-term integration plans, so as to shape and align the transformation and existing National efforts with the Central Health Digital Strategy and business needs.

The Requirements

• Degree with at least 6 years of work experience in digital project management;
• Experience in healthcare administration would be an advantage;
• Experience in business improvement and transformation is also preferred;
• Transformation Project Management experience and certifications would be an advantage;
• Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders;
• Strong interpersonal and communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills;
• Good management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well independently and as a team player
