Job Description

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management and engagement programmes with the objective of identifying, developing and retaining the best employees. Your key responsibilities shall include shaping the talent management approach and driving talent management initiatives in the areas of succession planning, talent identification, talent development and talent engagement.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Design and implement talent management and development strategies
  • Lead, plan and execute talent review, succession planning and other learning and talent development processes based on business needs
  • Manage the end-to-end activities for in-service sponsorship programme and other overseas programme. This includes planning for roadshows and staff briefings, application and selection of candidates with the Selection Panel, as well as the administration of the programme and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders (including Centre of Excellence) and external partners in the development and delivery of the leadership and talent development initiatives

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Management related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development function will be an advantage
