Job Description

US data centre company

  • Assist in planning and preparing annual budget, forecasts, monthly financial and variance reports including capital expenditure and accruals
  • Follow up on accounts receivables, payables such as rental collections, expenses payment, maintenance costs, reconciliations and follow up on documentation
  • Respond to customer needs and coordinate with Building Management and Technical Operations to resolve issues
  • Selection vendor services, prepare proposals, service agreement and monitor performance based on SLA
  • Schedule and coordinate property maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted supports of essential building services  
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to all common areas, walkways and external facade. Make recommendations for improvement 
  • Build good relationship with Asset and Technical Operation teams
  • Maintain all essential documentations of contracts and customers   


  • Degree in business management, property management or real estate
  • At least 5 years of working experience managing commercial development or building management
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and estimating
  • Strong background in property management relating to planning building maintenance programs, handling customers request and contractors management
  • Familiar with handling essential building services such as security, cleaning, landscaping, aircon system, fire and safety services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills 
  • Organizational skill, able to work under pressure, detail orientated
