Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager HR


Performance & Talent Management

  • Work closely with HR BP and Corporate IT to develop and manage performance management process and systems
  • Map the competencies to the performance management system and talent management framework / tool 
  • Conduct outreach sessions to guide employees and managers on performance and management process and requirements
  • Ensure the implementation of talent management system (ICount) to help Line of Business Heads to identify and develop leadership potential, talent pipeline and build talent pool
  • Propose strategies to manage talent risks and come out various programmes for the HiPo
  • Support in the development and management of an effective succession planning process to identify gaps and develop strategies to support business needs
  • Leadership Development programs in collaboration with Infosys LnD
  • Upskill Program Management with Infosys ETA
  • Manage Govt Training Susbsidies
  • Performance Appraisal


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Business Discipline preferred 
  • Immediate or short notice candidates preferred 

Other information

  • Contract can be renewable or convertible
