Human Resource
- Full spectrum: covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management and training & development
- Handle payment & bonus processing
- Liaise with the relevant authorities regarding HR matters
- Attend to internal staff’s enquiries & grievances
Office Administration:
- Manage office stationery & pantry supplies
- Coordinate meetings and events planning
- Attend to incoming calls, visitors, mails and courier services
- Process expense claims for staff & expatriates
- Office equipment maintenance and repair services
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience covering full spectrum of HR functions and office administration
- Well-versed with the local labour laws & regulations
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
