Job Description

 

Human Resource

  • Full spectrum: covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management and training & development
  • Handle payment & bonus processing
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities regarding HR matters
  • Attend to internal staff’s enquiries & grievances

Office Administration:

  • Manage office stationery & pantry supplies
  • Coordinate meetings and events planning
  • Attend to incoming calls, visitors, mails and courier services
  • Process expense claims for staff & expatriates
  • Office equipment maintenance and repair services

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 5 years of experience covering full spectrum of HR functions and office administration
  • Well-versed with the local labour laws & regulations
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
