Job Description

You will support the Functional Screening programme to achieve the overarching population health aims of early detection, timely follow-up and effective intervention. You will oversee and coordinate the entire service chain from level-one functional screening to post-screening follow-up for SingHealth. Working with functional screening providers, you will map the changing demographics of residents and track the status of screening provision and adoption rate. Leveraging on your strong network with key community partners, you will advocate support from grassroot organisations to incorporate functional screening in community programmes to improve access and reach out to residents at locations that are under-served. You will also coordinate screening services and optimise scheduling based on resident preferences and the capacity of service providers. You will plan for the integration and utilisation of functional screening data within the overarching framework of SingHealth and the national population health databases for service development with partners. Your responsibilities also include initiating and facilitating continual, evidence-based quality improvement to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and new value creation.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
